Jasna has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of prosecution, enforcement, litigation and advisory work across the Western Balkans region. Jasna represents clients from a variety of industries and handles contentious and non-contentious patent, trademark, industrial design and copyright matters, as well as domain name issues.

Jasna joined tiph after working for a well-known regional IP practice PETOSEVIC for over 15 years, where she also handled IP prosecution, enforcement, litigation and advisory work. Jasna has been recognized and ranked by leading legal research organizations including Chambers & Partners.
