Tatiana Panchenko

Tatiana’s practice focuses on both contentious and non-contentious matters involving trademarks, industrial designs, and domains throughout the CIS region. In addition, she advises clients on customs matters and works with the Ukrainian customs authorities on the surveillance and seizure of counterfeit goods. Tatiana has represented clients from a variety of industries, including food & beverage, beauty, healthcare, technology, and consumer goods. She is well versed in advising multinational companies on the protection of their IP rights in the CIS region.

Prior to joining TIPH, Tatiana worked as an associate for over 12 years for a well-known regional IP practice PETOSEVIC. Before joining PETOSEVIC in 2011, Tatiana worked at another Ukrainian IP law firm as a paralegal where she focused on trademark, patent, industrial design and domain name prosecution, as well as on assignments and licenses.
